The navigation bar on the left hand side provides you the possibility to get back to the first page while you are on our homepage and to open this help page. You can all the time get in contact with CARELA®, our address being indicated on the left side of the homepage.

Are CARELA® products always available?
In general, all of our products are ready to be delivered within 24 hours.

Who is my contact?
Please go to the HOME button in the top navigation. There, you will find the link About us. Your local, national and international contacts are displayed in the left navigation bar, as are the CARELA® Service Points, our field representatives and our branch office in Petershagen.

How to I pass an oder?
By phone, fax, e-mail or by mail (Please refer to the address on the left hand side of the homepage)

What can I do if a product does not meet my expectations?
Just call us immediately. You will get the help of our local partner or of one of your contacts in our head office.

We have our own R & D laboratory in the Rheinfelden head office where CARELA® products are developed. In the case of special requirements we can manufacture taylor-made products for you if there is not (yet) a standard product.
